This year saw the twelfth annual Majestic Dance Night on 22 October 2010.

A date for your diary - our next dance will be held on Saturday 3rd November 2012!

Our Dance Nights reflect the Dance Hall days of the 1940’s to the 1970’s, whilst raising funds for the local Prospect Hospice, which for our llatest dance in 2011 was £1,799.79.

The first event, in 2000, was intended as a one-off reunion of the ‘Majestic Ballroom’ in Swindon and was so successful, both in the response from a capacity crowd and the resultant donation to the Prospect Hospice, that it has been repeated annually ever since.

With the addition of the 2011 Dance proceeds, the total donation to the Prospect Hospice has reached over £70,400. Please keep in touch for details of our next dance to be held in October 2012.

The financial result depends entirely upon the income received from tickets sales (entrance and raffle), cash sponsorships, prize donations and the minimising of costs for all of the support services involved.
